Palace Business Centres is proud to offer Notary Services with complete confidentiality. Our office is conveniently located on the 14th floor of the Renaissance Center in Downtown Erie. We also offer mobile notary services and will travel directly to your location.
Our licensed Notary Services include:

We do not provide Motor Vehicle, T-Plate, or Department of Motor Vehicle Services.
Mobile Notary Services
We will travel directly to you to receive Notary Services.
Fees
$10 per signature
$50 for Mobile Notary (up to 5 miles)
$.58 (per mile over 5 miles)
Document Services
PBC can also assist you with copying, color printing, and lamination services.
